About the building

Q. Can I use the internet in the hotel?

Free Wi-Fi is available in all guest rooms and throughout the hotel.
Please use your smartphone, tablet, or wireless LAN-enabled computer.
Please note that guests are responsible for setting up the connection themselves.

The network name and password are as follows:

The Ananda Beauty Salon is located in the large public bath “Hime no Yu” on the first floor. Please enjoy a moment of bliss just for you.

There is a smoking room on the first floor of the hotel, and some rooms also allow smoking.

About access

Q. Is there a shuttle service?

Our hotel offers free shuttle service to Tsukioka Station on the JR Uetsu Line.
Once you have decided on your planned arrival time, please contact us via the “Requests” section on the reservation screen, or by phone or email.
The drive from the hotel to Tsukioka Station is approximately 7-8 minutes. We accept reservations for one person or more, so please feel free to contact us.
Also, please note that shuttle service for your return trip departs Tsukioka Station only between 8am and 11am for both inbound and outbound journeys.
For more detailed information on times, please ask the nearest staff member on the day.

Direct bus service between JR stations and Tsukioka Onsen will begin on July 25, 2025.

About your stay

Q. Are pets allowed?

We regret to inform you that we do not allow pets to enter or stay overnight.
If you would like to keep your dog or cat in your car overnight, we will park your car in a nearby space whenever possible, where they will be able to eat and exercise.
Please also feel free to contact us about our pet hotel.

・Children’s chairs, plates, spoons, forks, etc. are available for mealtimes. Please feel free to ask.
・Children’s yukata will be prepared in a pattern that matches their parents’.
・Plan benefits such as “Beauty Treatment” and “Cooking” do not apply. Thank you for your understanding.
・To warm baby food or boil baby bottles, please use the microwave located in front of the vending machine corner on the first floor.
・Thermometers, ice pillows, bandages, and disinfectants are available for loan. (Please note that cold medicines, etc. are not always available.)
・If your child becomes ill or injured during their stay, the front desk will provide information on a nearby pediatric clinic or holiday clinic.
・Children under the age of 1 stay free of charge. Fire prevention regulations require us to know the number of guests, so please be sure to let us know the ages and number of guests when making your reservation.

Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please enjoy your stay.

The following amenities are provided in your room: face towels, bath towels, yukata robes, brown haori coats, razors, toothbrush sets, shampoo, conditioner, body soap (liquid), shower caps, slippers, shoe polish, and a bathtub.

We have a wide variety of rooms available, from standard Japanese-style rooms and Western-style rooms to the luxury floor GENJI-ka. Choose a room that suits your travel needs, whether you’re traveling alone, with your family, or on business.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept additions on the day, so if you would like to dine, please make a reservation with a meal-inclusive plan.

Cancellation fees will be charged as follows: On the day: 100% of the accommodation fee 1 day before: 50% of the accommodation fee 3 days before: 30% of the accommodation fee

About meals

Q. Regarding dietary restrictions (food allergies)

Information regarding changes to meal contents: Regarding meal contents, both dinner and breakfast are basically served buffet style. For allergy-related needs, we display the names of seven specific ingredients. If you have any other, particularly serious symptoms, please contact us in advance by phone or other means.

We offer a plan exclusively for guests on the luxury floor GENJI-koh, where you can enjoy specially selected kaiseki cuisine in your room. Please check “Accommodation Plans” for details.

Soft drinks are included in all buffet plans. If you would like all-you-can-drink alcoholic drinks, an additional fee will be charged. Please make a reservation for a special plan or inform a staff member at dinner time on the day.

About equipment

Q. Is there a parking lot?

Parking is free.
Our large parking lot (capacity 200 cars) is located approximately 500 meters from the hotel. We will escort and transport you to the parking lot. (Depending on the weather and other conditions, staff may accept your pet at the entrance.)

If you would like to leave your pet in your car or move your car yourself, please feel free to ask a staff member. (There is some space nearby.)

Please rest assured that security patrols the parking lot at night.

Three private baths with TVs are available: “Yoshinoshin,” “Tabihira,” and “Syukuroku.” Reservations can be made by phone or at check-in.
*The baths are not hot springs, so children can use them safely.
Shared facilities: TV, underfloor heating, and toilets with washlets (baby beds are available at Tabihira and Yadroku).
Yoshinoshin: Hinoki bath: ¥3,300 (tax included)
Tabihira and Yadroku: Agate bath: ¥2,200 (tax included)

There are sauna rooms in the large garden baths, “Tono-yu” and “Hime-no-yu.”

Both the Tsukioka Yu Incense Burner and the Garden Bath are open during the following hours:

Bath Hours: 5:00 AM – 12:00 AM
*To prevent accidents, bathing is closed between midnight and 5:00 AM.

The hotel is wheelchair accessible. There is one barrier-free room. Please feel free to contact us with any concerns you may have.

Q. Can I make a reservation for a group?

Yes, we do. We have rooms to suit a variety of occasions, including a 200-tatami multi-purpose hall and private banquet halls. Please feel free to contact us for anything from one-day banquets to overnight stays.
